  While there is a lot of stuff to pick from, the food selection isn't exactly what I would deem as quality. Most of the time produce items are moldy and have gone bad, but they stay on the shelf for some poor customer to purchase without realizing it is moldy.
  
  The staff is not friendly. I have been to this store numberous times and the staffs friendliness never changes. They get new crew members all the time yet they are not pleasant. When you are checking out at the store, the cashiers practically ignore you to talk to the baggers. Half the time they are flirting with each other and that is NOT ACCEPTABLE in a work place environment.
  
  The deli isn't very good. I've seen items that have been in their counter section for days on end and not move, but they still say FRESH or NEW, which is not true. Also the amount of people back there gives the impression that the whole area is not super sanitary. Employees drop things on the floor, throw them away, and don't even change gloves. That is gross.
  
  Honestly this store is a giant box. While there are many things to pick from, it's not all fresh foods and goods. If items are on sale and require a coupon YOU have to have the coupon yourself, whereas Sentry just down the road doesn't require that of their customers. I'd shop Sentry any day over Frank's. Their staff is super friendly and prices are very reasonable.
