It is by far the worst, unkept, and malfunctioning quarters I've ever seen. They used the bathroom for decoration storage. It had one working sink in the men's bathroom. The toilet seats are about to fall off. The sinks are stained and there are cobwebs everywhere. The tile is no longer staying in place. I can't tell if they ever cleaned it before. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like if they don't even care about the bathroom. The people that have previously reviewed it must be friends with the owner because I cannot see how anyone can overlook this place's flaws.October 02, 2016
